I had some brackets to print during the holidays where the project was time sensitive and I was facing the uncertainty of holiday hours and turnaround times. John however was absolutely quick and responsive and got everything printed in a very timely fashion. Twice I submitted my orders past midnight, and twice it was ready by 3PM the next day. Throughout it all, John was professional, friendly, and really easy to get a hold of over the phone.
The print quality is also very good. No mistakes, all the orientations are correct, basically there's no problems at all. - 12/24/2017 

John is quick to respond and parts can be delivered on a very quick turn time. Voxel Magic is a great choice if you don't have time to get the weird 3D printer in your lab working, takes about 20 minutes to get there by train from Midtown. Voxel Magic really does work magic!
I needed a special piece of hardware made for a vintage arm chair that I own. I arrived to their studio unannounced on a weekday as they were closing, but they graciously stayed to consult with me.
Not only were they attentive, they were very experienced with designing "unusual objects". They sent me 3D Digital mockups before creating the piece. It took a little over a month to complete that job but that was only because they designed and redesigned the hardware until it was perfect. We ere in communication throughout the entire process.
In a time when everything is digital, I was happy and surprised to experience such delightful in person customer service. Also, it was very affordable considering what other 3D printing companies quoted. I HIGHLY recommend Voxel Magic for your 3D needs. - 2/11/2019

What astounds me is the fast turnaround and prompt service here. Always an easy and simple process to get prints priced, processed and pickedup. I came to Voxel Magic after a horrible experience with another company in Brooklyn. I told John (owner) what happen and he ensured me to count on him for this project. I sent him my designs to look at and he gave me a quote right away of the 3 pieces that I needed to print, great pricing and amazing quality. After the first print John noticed there is an issue with my design and right away he notified me and was willing to work with me to make sure the final product comes out perfectly. Outstanding service and responsiveness from the team at Voxel Magic! I had an urgent job needing a super-fast turn-around, and VM stepped in like heroes. I know John put in a huge personal effort to get the build completed to our crazy timings, and I was super happy with the quality of the parts produced.
