Voxel Magic provides 3D scanning, 3D printing, and CAD design services. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate project specifications. Turnaround times for services like 3D printing or scanning may vary based on the complexity of the project, as outlined in your custom quote.

2. Pricing and Payment

All service requests will be accompanied by a custom quote. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept major payment methods as indicated on our website.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs or models you provide to us for 3D printing or scanning. However, by submitting a design, you grant Voxel Magic a limited license to use, modify, or reproduce the design solely for the purpose of completing your project.

4. Limitation of Liability

Voxel Magic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. In the event of a defect in any 3D print, our liability is limited to reprinting or refunding the cost of the service, at our discretion.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including violations of these Terms or inappropriate conduct.
